These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Fletcher Designer Interiors Ltd, and we reserve the right to update these terms from time to time without prior notice.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1 Order Acceptance
All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance by Fletcher Designer Interiors Ltd. Once an order is placed, we will confirm the details and notify you of acceptance.

2.2 Payment
Payments are securely processed through our chosen payment providers. All payment details are handled in accordance with data protection regulations and our Privacy Policy. Fletcher Designer Interiors Ltd does not store any payment details.

2.3 Pricing and Availability
We strive to provide accurate pricing and product availability. However, in cases where errors occur, we reserve the right to correct prices and availability without prior notice. If an error is found after placing an order, we will contact you with options to confirm or cancel your order.

3. Delivery Information

We are committed to providing timely and reliable delivery. Please review our delivery policy below for important information regarding shipping and delivery:

3.1 Delivery Methods
We offer standard and priority delivery options for domestic orders. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

3.2 Manufacturing Time
Manufacturing and handling times vary by product type, and these times will be advised at checkout. If, for any reason, we are unable to supply an item within the quoted timeframe, we will contact you via email to provide a new estimated timeframe for delivery. If the revised delivery timescale does not suit you, you will have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

3.3 Courier Companies
We partner with reputable courier companies, including DPD, DHL, DX, DX Freight, Linear Logistics, Parcelforce and Parcelink. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information.

3.4 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by product and destination. Delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout for each product, allowing you to make informed choices before completing your purchase.

  • Average UK delivery time is usually within 1-5 days.

Some of our products are made to order, these have longer delivery times as follows:

  • Made to order artwork products delivery time is approximately 2 weeks.
  • Made to order furniture products delivery time is approximately 8 weeks.
  • Delivery times may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or courier disruptions.
  • Customers will be informed via email regarding any unforeseen delays.
 3.5 Delivery Costs

We offer various delivery options depending on the product type. Delivery fees are applied as follows:

  1. Furniture Products

    • Delivery Fee: Free
    • Most furniture items qualify for free delivery, unless stated otherwise during in checkout.
  2. Home Accessories

    • Small Sized Items Delivery Fee: £5.50
    • Medium Sized Items Delivery Fee: £9.95
    • Large Sized Items Delivery Fee: £25.00
    •  Delivery fees are advised during checkout.
    • These items are typically delivered within 2-5 working days.
  3. Artwork

    • Delivery Fee: £16.00
    • All artwork orders incur a delivery fee of £16 to ensure proper handling and secure packaging. 
  4. Large Items (Two-Man Delivery)

    • Delivery Fee: £45.00
    • For larger or more complex items requiring a two-person delivery team, there is a £45 delivery charge. This ensures safe handling and installation if needed. Delivery typically occurs within 2 weeks.

Please note:

    • Delivery is charged per order.
    • Combined Orders: If your order includes items from multiple categories, the most expensive delivery fee will be charged for the whole order. Delivery charges are calculated based on your delivery address and item type(s). Exact costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalise your order.
    • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are arranged Monday through Friday.

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period provided at the time of purchase. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and Fletcher Designer Interiors Ltd is not responsible for any delays beyond our control.

3.6 International Shipping
Currently, Fletcher Designer Interiors Ltd delivers within the UK only. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at info@fletcherdesignerinteriors.com.

3.7 Order Tracking
Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

3.8 Delivery Issues
For any delivery issues, please contact us via Contact Us page. We will work with the courier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

3.9 Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Fletcher Designer Interiors Ltd is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

3.10 Delivery Procedures
Couriers will attempt delivery. If no one is available, a calling card will be left, and you may contact the courier to arrange a redelivery or collection. If the order is returned to sender, redelivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.

3.11 Delivery Conditions
It is essential that you inspect your items upon delivery. Notify Fletcher Designer Interiors Ltd of any shortages or damages within 48 hours of receipt. If items are visibly damaged upon delivery, please sign as “damaged” when receiving. Refused deliveries may incur a re-delivery fee if returned to sender.

4. Order Cancellations & Amendments

Orders may be canceled or amended within 24 hours of placing the order. To request changes, please contact us via our Contact Us page. For custom/made to order items, manufacturing begins within 24 hours, so orders for these items cannot be canceled or amended after this time.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy
Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective.

5.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.

5.3 Non-Returnable Items
Custom products are non-returnable. By placing an order for these items, you confirm that the specifications are correct.

5.4 Return Process
Initiate a return via our Contact Us page. Goods cannot be returned without prior notification.

5.5 Restocking Fee
A £15 restocking fee applies to returnable items.

6. Defective Products

6.1 Definition of Defective Product
Defective products are those not meeting specified quality standards or order specifications.

6.2 Reporting Defective Products
If you believe a product is defective, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it. Include details and photos of the defect when possible.

6.3 Evaluation and Resolution
Our team will evaluate the defect. If confirmed, we may repair, replace, or issue a refund.

6.4 Return Procedure
In some cases, we may request that you return the defective product for inspection. Fletcher Designer Interiors Ltd will cover return shipping for defective items.

6.5 Exclusions
Defects due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear are not covered.

7. Customer Remorse Policy

7.1 Eligibility
Non-custom items are eligible for return. Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective.

7.2 Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

7.3 Conditions for Return
Returned items must be in original, unused condition, with all promotional items also returned.

7.5 Refund or Exchange
Upon approval, you may receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

7.6 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. Warranty Information

Fletcher Designer Interiors Ltd provides a one-year warranty on all products, under the following conditions:

  1. The product has not been altered.
  2. The product is installed according to guidelines.
  3. The product is within recommended specifications.

If any issues arise with your item within 12 months of purchase, please reach out to our customer service team at info@fletcherdesignerinteriors.com. Kindly include a description of the issue, along with photos of the damage if possible.

Your claim will be promptly reviewed, and replacement parts will be sent if applicable. Please note that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, moisture, heat exposure, misuse, or surface imperfections on natural wood products. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
