1. Delivery Methods

We offer a range of delivery options tailored to suit your needs:

  • Delivery times and options are displayed during the checkout process based on your location and the items in your cart.
  • Our options may include standard delivery for most items, with priority delivery available on selected products.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by product and destination. Delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout for each product, allowing you to make informed choices before completing your purchase.

Made To Order Products

Some of our products are made to order, these have longer delivery times as follows:

  • Made to order artwork products delivery time is approximately 2 weeks.
  • Made to order furniture products delivery time is approximately 8 weeks.
  • Delivery times may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or courier disruptions.
  • Customers will be informed via email regarding any unforeseen delays.

3. Delivery Costs

Please see below for details on our delivery charges based on the type of product you order:

  1. Furniture Products

    • Delivery Fee: Free
    • Most furniture items qualify for free delivery, unless stated otherwise during in checkout.
  2. Home Accessories

    • Small Sized Items Delivery Fee: £5.50
    • Medium Sized Items Delivery Fee: £9.95
    • Large Sized Items Delivery Fee: £25.00
    •  Delivery fees are advised during checkout.
    • These items are typically delivered within 2-5 working days.
  3. Artwork

    • Delivery Fee: £16.00
    • All artwork orders incur a delivery fee of £16 to ensure proper handling and secure packaging. 
  4. Large Items (Two-Man Delivery)

    • Delivery Fee: £45.00
    • For larger or more complex items requiring a two-person delivery team, there is a £45 delivery charge. This ensures safe handling and installation if needed. Delivery typically occurs within 2 weeks.

Please note:

    • Delivery is charged per order.
    • Combined Orders: If your order includes items from multiple categories, the most expensive delivery fee will be charged for the whole order. Delivery charges are calculated based on your delivery address and item type(s). Exact costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalise your order.
    • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are arranged Monday through Friday.

4. Couriers We Use

We work with a range of trusted courier partners to ensure your items arrive safely:

  • A dispatch confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor your delivery status with our chosen courier company.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. This allows you to check the progress of your delivery directly with the courier.

6. Delivery Locations and Limitations

Currently, we ship to domestic addresses within United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. Reporting Damages or Shortages

Please inspect your items upon delivery. In the rare event of shortages or damages:

  • Notify us within 5 days of receipt.
  • If possible, mark any visible damage on the delivery receipt when accepting the package.

8. Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping information at checkout:

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Delivery Attempt and Procedures

Our couriers typically make multiple attempts to deliver your items:

  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, a calling card may be left with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
  • Couriers may attempt delivery to a neighbouring address or follow any specific instructions provided.

10. Delivery Conditions

It’s essential to inspect goods at delivery:

  • If there is any visible damage, please sign for the package as “damaged.”
  • Refused deliveries may incur a re-delivery fee if returned to sender.
