Exchanges & returns

At Fletcher Designer Interiors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer exchanges and returns subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

  • Unused and Resalable: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
  • Timeframe: Exchanges and returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info@fletcherdesignerinteriors.com to request an exchange. We will work with you to facilitate the exchange process, which may include providing a return postage label for the original item and posting the replacement item once the original item is received and inspected.

Returns

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please contact us at info@fletcherdesignerinteriors.com to request a return authorisation number (RA#) and instructions for returning the item. Once you receive your RA#, please follow the instructions provided to ship the item back to us. Please note the following:

  • Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return delivery costs.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to returns of certain items. This fee will be deducted from your refund. We will advise you of this via email as part of the returns process.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for exchange or return, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Items that have been used or modified

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@fletcherdesignerinteriors.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Final Sale

Some items may be designated as final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return. Please check the product page for any exclusions.
